Fast, Fun and Useful, this in the hoop 3x5 Spiral Notebook Cover is the perfect purse accessory. I love the little 3x5 notebooks and now you have a pretty cover for them! All materials in this design are readily available on line and in most Fabric stores. You will need cotton batting, cotton fabric, lightweight interfacing (optional), decorative or regular elastic and 3x5 notebooks. These make super inexpensive gifts. Most dollar stores carry these notebooks and usually you get 3 or 4 for only $1.00!
