Question:How will I receive my designs?

Answer:  Instant download is available for all products on the website.  Immediately following receipt of your payment, you will receive an email from "Five Star Fonts" which will contain the download links to the products you purchased.   If you have not received the download link email shortly after making payment, please check your spam folder for our email.  Contact us at fivestarlinkreset@gmail.com with any problems or questions about the downloads.

DOWNLOAD LINKS ARE TIME SENSITIVE (for security reasons) AND EXPIRE 72 hours from issue date.  Please download your files within this time period!

Question:  How can I use the designs I purchase from Five Star Fonts?

Answer:  When you purchase designs or fonts from Five Star Fonts, you are purchasing the right to use the design on items you sell or for personal use.  You may not  sell, trade, giveaway, modify and claim as your own any of the fonts and designs themselves and they remain the sole property of Five Star Fonts.

Question:  I would like designs mailed to me on CD.  How do I do that and what is the cost?

Answer:  Instant download is free.  Shipping designs on cd is a flat fee per order (not per item).  The cd shipping fee covers the costs for creation of a cd for 1 or 100 items ordered.  All items must be purchased at the same time to receive the flat rate cd shipping fee and it can be ordered here

Question:  What is your refund policy?

Answer:  Due to the electronic nature of the designs and their ability to be copied, we do not offer refunds.  No exceptions.   It is your responsibility to know if the designs purchased will fit your embroidery machine.  If you resize the design, we will not guarantee stitch quality.  Our designs have been tested in the formats and sizes we offer.   If you order the wrong format we will happily send the correct format.   Should you receive faulty or corrupted files, we are happy to replace them.  Simply email us with your order number.
